1. Complete our tax info organizer and submit it to us by fax or e-mail.  Please include a convenient time to contact you.
   
   
2. A Taxplan advisor will contact you by telephone or e-mail to confirm your information and advise you as to the information we require to prepare your return.
   
   
3. Documentation is then faxed to us and your tax return is prepared accordingly.
   
   
4. Once the tax return is complete, a Taxplan advisor will contact you with the results.
   
   
5. Finally, upon receipt of payment, your tax return is electronically filed and a copy is sent to you by e-mail or Canada Post for your records.
