Taxplan was established in 1999 by Gennaro De Luca, a Certified Financial Planner.  The name Taxplan was chosen specifically because of the planning foundation and ethic rooted in Gennaro’s background as a financial planner.  Gennaro began offering tax preparation services to his clients as a way of adding value to the relationship.  He soon realized that a tax return is an excellent foundation for determining a client’s financial position.  Gennaro used this information to advise and counsel clients in the most appropriate manner.  This represents the most important and fundamental reason to become familiar with your client’s tax return.  It represents a wealth of information that is necessary to properly plan for a client’s financial well being.
